Indoor games for 6 to 12 children's
When outdoor play is not available, indoor activities are a terrific way to keep a group of kids happy and active. Here are some entertaining indoor activities for kids aged six to twelve.
Musical Chairs
Play "Musical Chairs" by placing one fewer chair in a circle than there are kids. Play some music while the kids circle the chairs. They have to locate a seat immediately when the music stops. One chair is taken away for the subsequent round and the last youngster standing is eliminated.
Duck, Duck, Goose:
Children sit in a circle and one child taps each child on the head while saying "duck, duck, goose" until they decide who will be the "goose." After then, the "goose" pursues the tapper around the circle in an effort to tag them before they get to the open space.
Balloon volleyball
Construct a "net" across the room using a rope or a piece of yarn. Utilize a balloon as the volleyball and divide the kids into two teams. Without the balloon reaching the ground on their side, they must hit it over the net.
Balloon Touch The Ground:
This is a timeless game that children adore. The only requirement is that you hit the balloon in the air while preventing it from touching the ground. For older children, you can increase the difficulty by having them juggle multiple balloons or by having them tie one hand behind their back. If you have numerous children, have them count how many times they can knock it back and forth. Then see if they can beat their time or score! Time them to see how long they can do it for. Arm power and hand-eye coordination are both greatly enhanced by playing this game.
Balloon Blow:
Set up a “course” and see if your child can blow a balloon all the way to the finish line. They’ll have to do lots of army crawls working their upper body and core strength along the way.
